Is a very clean and cozy small room with heating a/c cable wifi lots of water to shower tasty breakfast friendly service enough parking in property big bed nice towels Oxxo a cross the street lobby with snacks I loved the place

The place is excellent I like the way it's situated I like the fact that I can pull in there in my vehicle is going to be secure actually started having a issue with the drain plug leaking a little bit of oil and they didn't give me a hassle about it at all they put the cardboard underneath there for me I was having some issues with the booking platform that I was using getting the right days in the accommodated me and I left actually I had a another day on the books and I left before I used it but I also told him a day so they even just you know paid Peter with Paul and didn't call me or hassle me about it the room is always clean the ladies who were responsible for cleaning rooms always stay the world will job the rooms aren't very big by any means so I won't imply that but they are very accommodating and very comfortable and cozy for what they what what is there and the showers are cleaned bathrooms they had a AC and you know there was a way to ventilate the room from one side to the other side and everybody was quiet after hours it wasn't one of those places that was still kind of run bunches or whatever it was very quiet and reminiscent of being back in the United States when you're in certain neighborhoods and everybody's gone to sleep and it's quiet it's kind of nice to know that I'm in another country and people have the same sentiment in that regard if I return to innocence which I do plan to do I will definitely be making a reservation there and every time I return from that point forward I will be doing the same thumbs up to those folks there

Stay here! We booked online for 4 nights but arrived a day early. They were very accommodating and we were able to have the same room our entire stay. We wanted to stay another night but they were sold out. We totally understand. We will be staying here again in Nov. and anytime we have plans to be in Ensanda. This hotel offers clean spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great water pressure, delicious breakfast (and a full menu) and the best staff! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and patient with us. It’s located close to everywhere we wanted to go (walking distance to Tacos Fénix). Parking is private and the hotel is quiet. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

I wanted to write this review so you can be careful when making the reservation. I’m not an expert using the booking apps, when attempting to make reservations Dreamers booking came up, yep I didn’t recognized but I only had that one but still due urgency purchase a night, long story short this is a scam don’t purchase with that app. When I got to the hotel no reservations had been done . Staff In the hotel were super nice however, as it was booked they could help me.

Always enjoy our stay. Not only are all front desk staff very lovely, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Really enjoy the location that's just a bit away from a lot of the tourism, but very walkable.

Husband found the hotel online. Good location - not too close to tourist area - walking distance so no problem. We walked there and back and felt safe, no issues other than crazy sidewalks mean you have to pay attention. Staff was really friendly, bed was really comfortable and room was dark. We lucked out and did not get noisy neighbors - I think you would hear everything - but interestingly very quiet for street traffic etc. Room was spotless, not huge but perfect for what we needed. Shower was hot and good water pressure. Free Breakfast buffet was hearty - scrambled eggs, beans, rice, salad, veggies. They also had a menu you could order from that cost $. Coffee in hotel was excellent!

Clean and new room. The bathroom and toilet are separate which is quite nice. The heater/air-conditioner works very well. We are warm in a rainy day. Hot water works well. Blanket and bed are clean. The room is clean. They have parking inside so your car can be safe. You need to walk 2 blocks to some restaurants nearby. There is a restaurant named Baja Mexico that servers nice food, three blocks walk near the church. There are several Oxxo near the hotel. At night it is safe to walk around. The hotel serve free breakfast from 7-10am

Great little place with safe parking for the car and walking distance to the beach and so many awsome food guys and markets all around. Wonderful staff and great breakfast provided
